Navigating Relationships

Navigating relationships can be challenging. Many couples feel they have the same argument over and over with little resolve. Some express they have drifted apart and struggle to rekindle the relationship they feel they once had. Others are looking for tools to maintain the habits they are building. Whatever your situation, Gottman Method for Couples can provide the information and tools to happy and successful relationships.

Dr. John and Dr. Julie Gottman are co founders of the Gottman Institute and Love Lab. With over 30 years of research with couples and relationships the Gottman’s have created a successful method “to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship.”

In our upcoming four-part course, we will explore what makes relationships work and what causes them to fail. We’ll dive into Gottman’s Sound Relationship House and the fundamentals for a secure relationship. Next, we’ll move into “The 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse”, its effects on a relationship and how a couple can combat them when they arrive.  Finally, we’ll learn about and start using Gottman’s love maps, where we’ll spend time strengthening couple’s friendships, relationships, and shared meaning.

Join us as we revamp, revise, and rekindle our relationships in our 4-part Couple’s Bootcamp!
