Individual Therapy

There are amazing things that happen when we are able to work together in a healing, therapeutic way. Life is full of beauty and struggles, which can be challenging to face on your own. Feelings of being overwhelmed, not enough, anxiety, depression, being stuck, grief and loss, and frustration are some of the very emotions that make us human. Dealing with difficult life situations can also cause a lot of distress. Together we spend time exploring, processing, healing, and growing; as well as getting in tune with your own inner wisdom. You will be supported with a variety of tools to help you in developing a conscious relationship with others and yourself.

Couples Therapy

Guiding couples in bringing their authentic selves to the relationship; working together to create healing, unity, trust, and connection. Couples therapy offers helpful frameworks for understanding why obstacles arise in relationships and helps you build skills for working through them.

Groups

We hold several groups in order to facilitate individual growth within a supportive group setting, as well as build relational skills and connection. We have both open (ongoing) and closed (certain length) groups. We also offer both in-office and virtual group options, often groups are hybrid. Groups can be support, psychoeducational, informative, processing, or a combination.

Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching provides the right kind of support, encouragement, and challenge to help you make critical lifestyle and behavior changes aligned with your health and wellness goals. Through assisting you to create an optimal vision of your health and well-being, improving your self-understanding and awareness of your core values and strengths, setting personal goals, and creating and maintaining new habits, coaching is a partnership that empowers you to grow into your best self.

Healing Events

Some of our favorite things are our healing events that help facilitate the therapeutic process. We host workshops, mental health nights, conferences, and retreats all focused around mental wellness and healing.
