Saela has experience working with individuals with disabilities and has specialized in motivational coaching for ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and Neurodiverse learning. Her background in advocating for those with disabilities drives her interest in supporting others navigating chronic illness, grief, anxiety, depression, and much more. Drawing from her own journey with a long-term disability, Saela aims to uplift others facing similar challenges by offering empathic understanding, practical tools, and developing effective plans.

Saela graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in May 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Utah.

Outside of her studies, she loves spending quality time with close friends, indulging in drawing, reading, and catching up on a good TV show.
