  • Be the Author of Your Own Life workshop part 1

    ~Kristen Clay

It’s not what happens to you in life that matters, it’s the story you tell yourself that matters. Many chapters of your life may have been filled with sorrow, struggle, trauma, and disappointment. You have the power to write your own story and to reframe your life experiences in a healthy and empowering way.

  • Transformative Yoga & Sound Bath

    ~Krissy Wyler, RYT

Transformative yoga is a practice that aims to promote harmony and serenity in both the body and mind. It is a holistic practice that incorporates physical postures, breath control, and mindfulness to integrate the mind, body, and soul. The practice of transformative yoga can help you peel away layers of conditioning to uncover hidden strengths and weaknesses. It is a journey that nourishes the soul, physique, and mental state.

  • Mindfulness & Inner Wisdom workshop

    ~Audrey South, LCSW

In each of us lies both understanding and knowledge of self, as well as of the world we live in. Learn what it means to care for the soul, to develop one’s trueness to self, and grow within a nurturing environment you help create. What is keeping you stuck, what is damaging your growth, and how to move through it and heal.

  • Be the Author of Your Own Life workshop part 2

    .~Kristen Clay

Author & Storyteller Kristen illustrates through story and life changing information how each of us can take control of our lives and become authors of our own magnificent stories.

  • Therapeutic Art workshop

    ~Susan Parkinson

  • Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway workshop

Testimonials

  • "I really enjoyed the whole group experience. The attendees and instructors are special people, which gives me a chance to make wonderful new friends who are drawn to self-improvement and who often become my lifelong community of close friends and leaders to later work with. There is always such a nice exposure to new ideas. Yoga, meditation and the discussions of important topics with group input and collective learning. It is always such an enriching experience. I especially enjoyed the musical aspects that are sweetly woven into the retreat. Just Go! It’s something you just have to do for yourself!!!
