Audrey South has a passion in working with individuals in making a difference in living and is always expanding her knowledge and understanding to help guide her clients. She loves to create a place of healing for the soul. Audrey specializes in helping those living with chronic illness to live a life of wholeness and empowerment. She also specialized working with Adults with ADHD. She also treats depression, anxiety, women’s issues, trauma, grief, self-image, personal development, and relationships.
Audrey uses a variety of tools and approaches to therapeutic work; some which may include: Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT skills, Relational, and Emotional Connection. She also loves to work with Sandtray Therapy, Art Therapy, and other experiential techniques. With couples she primarily uses Gottman Method couples therapy.
Audrey received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah in 2016, before that she received a Bachelor of Behavioral Science, and Associate of Business Management from the Utah Valley University
Audrey’s passion for chronic illness stems from learning to live well with her own chronic illness. She loves spending time with her family and children, experiencing cultures and events, as well as time with friends.
